Wolf’s 5-axis CNC capabilities allow trimming of complex parts, cutting holes, windows and logos into any size part. Wolf offers contract composite machining and trimming for any application, parts or tooling.
Wolf’s skilled machinists can produce nearly any mold or tooling to your exact specifications, either in-house or client designed. We can create a tooling solution for any size production run. 3 and 5 axis capabilities with individual tooling sizes as large as 14x7x7′.
Machining capabilities for aluminum molds as large as 20″ x 60″. In addition to mold manufacturing, Wolf also machines parts. Machinable materials include most metals, as well as plastics and composite stock. To insure proper turnaround, we also manufacture the necessary tooling and fixtures in-house.
Two CNC fabric cutters allow for more accurate composite patterns with less waste. Our CNC-cut Carbon Preforms mean accurate layups with efficient nesting and more consistency.
