Our facility is one of the few closing the gap between garage operations and multi-million dollar facilities. Every aspect of your project is performed with care and expertise, right in the United States.

We use our combined decades of experience and equipment to ensure cost-effective and high-quality carbon fiber components with the quickest turnarounds possible.

Based out of Columbus Ohio, Wolf provides custom composite manufacturing, contract manufacturing and build-to-print prototyping, we are able to work with a variety of industries that include automotive, industrial, consumer, defense, medical and beyond.

In a small garage outside of Columbus, Ohio, proprietor Alex Wolford founded Wolf Composite Solutions. in 1999, the motorsport composite industry was still evolving, and as the industry grew so did the company.

Wolf Composites was able to capitalize on the industry growth and popularity of lightweight, structural, composite parts. Within 5 years, Wolf grew to 10 full-time employees and moved into a new warehouse. Wolf continued expanding into contract production for a number of highly regarded automotive companies, secured military contracts, and supplied parts and services to some of the top US race car teams.

Twenty-two years later, Wolf continues to offer pre-preg autoclave processed composite parts, only in a new in a state-of-the-art facility on Fondorf Dr.

Wolf Composites is a one-stop shop in the carbon fiber business. With over 20 employees, Wolf can take an idea from conception to reality, with assurance on every step in between.

Today, Wolf is positioned to produce single prototypes or upscale high-rate manufacturing. Wolf continues to serve a variety of industries such as automotive, industrial, defense, robotics, aerospace and aviation.
